Abstract

Analytical and numeric models have been created for writing surface heat-production and heat transmitting parameters equation gives a possibility for calculating some typical physical parameters.The model for thermal behaving of curing has some special requirements. Some trials have been done for numeric solving of our partial differencial equation. For examination of our model, laboratory measurements were carried out by infrared method.The samples from four typical Hungarian varieties were in climate box, and the thermal effects examined by infrared camera. In the laboratory curing box the limit values of tobacco curing were controlled (temperature, relative humidity), sothe thermal paramteres could be determined in depending on the usual characteristics (water-content of leaf, temperatura and humidity of curing air, variety, curing period).
