Abstract
Atomization casting is a process of rapid solidification technique to develop semi- finished product in single step. It is a novel technique to produce semi-finished products. A number of steps involved in ingot casting and powder metallurgy route are reduced in atomization casting process. This work is related to modelling of gas flow process used for atomization casting. The dependency of gas flow velocity with maximum gas flow speed, vertical distance and radial distance is observed in modelling.
