Abstract
Magnetic elastic abrasive particles possess magnetism, low elasticity, and excellent grinding performance. Utilizing a double magnetic disk magnetic force tool for passivation can significantly enhance the efficiency and quality of passivation. Firstly, a mathematical model for the impact depth and volume on the tool is established. Secondly, using the simulation software ABAQUS, a simulation model is constructed to investigate the influence of grit size, quantity of abrasives, impact angle, disk rotation speed, and tool rotation speed on stress, energy, impact depth, and impact volume. Furthermore, the feasibility of the simulation and the reliability of the mathematical model are verified.
