Abstract
Using two examples, we show good matches between field and 3D modelling data. The 3D models were small enough to reduce runtimes, yet incorporate sufficient complexity to model complex environments more accurately than plate or layered-earth based models. Time and effort involved in this modelling, although greater than for simple models, is not excessive, and can easily be accomplished on a PC-class computer.
