Abstract

An analysis of the physical and mathematical models of the flow process of an anomalously viscous liquid along the surface of a conical birotary mixer is presented. A system of integral parameters of the operation of the mixer that makes it possible to determine the equivalent diameter of drops of the dispersed phase in any stage of a birotary mixer is obtained. Experimental verification of theoretical studies confirmed the goodness-of-fit of the engineering technique used to calculate this type of centrifugal mixer.
