Abstract

This paper develops a model of the Integral Indicator of the Quality of IT Services for Automated Control Systems using Principle Component Analysis (PCA) in the Open Source Software -GRETL- by calculating the first principle component based on six initial quality metrics of IT services. These quality metrics are selected from the following categories: incident control metrics, configuration control metrics, and change control metrics. As a result, the model of the integral indicator of quality for IT services suggested in this research allows for defining a cluster of the most efficient, according to the quality metrics, information systems included in the distributed automated control system.
