Abstract

Characteristics of nanoscale particles, patterns of structure formation, and the forces responsible for nanocluster self-organization are analyzed. The modeling of nanoparticles and nanoscale films is considered using thin copper films as an example. Results from experiments on the synthesis of copper films, analyzing their structure, and comparing the experimental results and the modeling data are discussed.
