Abstract

This paper presents results of the calculation of torque stress dependence of the magnetic properties of Fe 78Si 13B 9 amorphous alloys in the as-quenched state. Mathematical simulation according to Jiles–Atherton–Sablik (J–A–S) model was made on the basis of experimental results. In the experiment, the uniform torque was applied by special, nonmagnetic backings. For precise calculation of the model's parameters, optimization on the basis of application of evolutional strategies together with Hook–Jeevis gradient optimization was applied. Presented, experimentally confirmed results create new possibilities of the description of the process of magnetization of the amorphous alloy subjected to the torque and quantitative interpretation of the changes of the hysteresis loops.
