Abstract

On the assumption that the dislocation oscillates according to the harmonic law, the authors was found a general expression for the polarization components around the dislocation. The case of small dislocation oscillations is considered. It was assumed that the active ferroelectric axis coincides with an equilibrium position of the edge dislocation line. The amplitude of the polarization around the vibrating edge dislocation at the distance from the dislocation line in the two cases, corresponding local oscillations, is found. The laws of decreasing the modulus of the polarization amplitude at the distance from the dislocation line are determined.
