Abstract

The purpose of this work is to model the parameters of state participation in the financing of energy saving projects in enterprises. Mathematical models of using bank loans and other sources of financing energy saving projects have been built. The share of investments in the implementation of energy saving projects, which should be financed from government expenditures, is modeled. A comparison of the effectiveness of different funding sources for energy saving measures is conducted. Approbation of the developed models on the example of Ukrainian enterprises is performed. The calculations showed that the total need for state subsidies for the implementation of projects to reduce natural gas consumption in all the studied industries of the western region of Ukraine is about 535 million UAH. In the absence of these funds in full, public funding should be carried out in ascending order of budget expenditures to reimburse part of the investment costs of enterprises in projects to reduce natural gas consumption per unit of expected savings of its physical volume.KeywordsModelingState participationFinancingProjectEnergy savingEnterprise
