Abstract

We develop a mathematical model that describes the processes of complex plastic deformation of structural materials (metals and alloys) for monotone and cyclic nonproportional paths of combined thermopower loading. For the qualitative and quantitative estimation of the developed constitutive relations, we study the influence of the shape of the strain trajectory on the cyclic elastoplastic behavior of metals. It is shown that the proposed version of constitutive relations corresponds qualitatively and quantitatively to the basic effects of cyclic elastoplastic deformation of metals for arbitrary strain trajectories.
