Abstract

In order to improve the problems of poor stability and slow response in cement pre-grinding process, this paper designs a controller based on sliding mode control algorithm. After analyzing the process and characteristics of cement pre- grinding, the main circulating fan speed is selected as the control quantity and the weight of the steady flow bin is the controlled quantity. First, a mathematical model of the cement pre-powder grinding system is established using the least squares method. Secondly, in order to reduce the chattering phenomenon of the sliding mode control, a discrete sliding mode convergence law with continuous sign is used in the discrete sliding mode controller to achieve fast convergence, and a delay estimation method is used to estimate the complex disturbances considering that the upper bound of the disturbances and the system disturbances need to be known for the sliding mode control. Finally, the method proposed in this paper is proven to be feasible through simulation experiments.
