Abstract
The basic components and complex property of SSA (space situational awareness) system is introduced. It is elaborated that the reason and method of researching SSA system based on parallel control theory. Specific idea and steps of modeling and simulation are proposed through ACP method of parallel control theory, and a simple simulated instance was used as a prototype of achieving artificial system of SSA.
