Abstract

The modeling of heavy duty gas turbine is studied, and the whole model of GE 9FA type gas turbine and its control system is established. In the Matlab/Simulink platform, using the modular modeling idea, according to the actual operation of the gas turbine equipment will be divided into gas turbine compressor, combustion chamber and turbine and shaft module, and establishes the simulation model of gas turbine based on the physical principle and component characteristics. In the modeling process, the cooling air extraction problem is taken into account in the modeling of the compressor. The compressor is divided into three sections to model and improve the accuracy of the model calculation. Finally, the simulation experiment under variable conditions is carried out to verify the accuracy of the simulation model and the effectiveness of the control system.
