Abstract
The three-dimensional finite element modeling of the process for obtaining of cold-deformed bearing pipes of small diameter is performed. The cold helical rolling process of a pipe workpiece (sleeve) on a mandrel in three rolls of a planetary mill is studied. As a result of the modeling, a stress-strain state of the workpiece is studied and factors that affect the microstructure and plasticity of the metal are considered. The energy parameters of the rolling are determined.
