Abstract
Based on the biological model of complex promoter structure, this paper establishes a mathematical model, and maps the complex topological structures of promoter into a stochastic transcriptional multi-state model. And in this paper, from the new perspective of non-equilibrium thermodynamics. we combine discretization with continuity and calculate the free energy consumption of the complex promoter. The analytical solution of the free energy consumption of the promoter is obtained, it provides convenience for analyzing the free energy cost of the promoter.
