Abstract

AbstractMBSE methodology still has shortcomings on quantitative requirements aspect. Such as quantitative requirements have not a rigorous analysis process, indexes have a loose connection with other system requirements, and the index value is over‐reliance on designer subjective decision. This article aims to study the method for defining performance indexes, in the way of link indexes with functional requirements, and adding system general design results data into MBSE model to support analysis. The decomposition process of multi‐level indexes are also proposed in this study. By means of scaling up simulation CPU time of some action to make simulated logic right, and integrating the specialty design models into MBSE operational logical model, the requirements of quantitative indexes can be verified in MBSE by simulation. The feasibility of new analysis and modeling methodology are validated on MagicDraw software, with helicopter system as a sample.
