Abstract

The fundamental equations of the model describing the structure of highly excited states of nuclei are obtained. Interaction between nucleons is represented in the form of an average nuclear field plus interactions leading to the pair correlations of superconducting type and multipole and spin-multipole forces. The interaction of quasiparticles with phonons is taken into account, which gives rise to the complications of the structure of states with the growth of the excitation energy. (auth)
