Abstract

This research is entitled a model of teacher performance through job satisfaction: work environment and literacy. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the work environment, literacy and satisfaction on teacher performance, the work environment and literacy on job satisfaction and the work environment on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable and literacy on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population of this research is teachers. Samples were taken from 100 respondents using random techniques. The data analysis methods used by the author in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis testing and hypothesis testing. From the analysis carried out, the author found that from the research results the influence of work environment variables (X1), digital literacy variables (X2), teacher performance (Y) and job satisfaction variables (Z). It can be concluded that work environment variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction and digital literacy has a significant effect on job satisfaction. However, work environment, digital literacy and satisfaction have an influence and are not significant. Furthermore, there is an influence but not significant of the work environment on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable and there is an influence but not significant of literacy on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. So, to increase job satisfaction, teachers should pay attention to a clean and comfortable environment. And can increase digital literacy to increase teacher satisfaction
