Abstract
The threshold values of the neutron electric form factor have been previously found to depend on the nucleon-nucleon model used in extracting those values from the e-D scattering data. That model dependence is shown to be correlated with a range of deuteron quadrupole moment ( Q D) model values which is much larger than our present uncertainty in Q D.
