Abstract

The results of research on solving the problem of creating a dynamic model of the process of vibration compaction of road bases are considered. The investigated dynamic process is realized by a single-drum vibration roller, which is a part of a cyber-physical road-building system. The main stages of building a mathematical model of the process of interaction of a roller with a road-building mixture during compaction by the method of variable states are presented. The use of a model-oriented approach is proposed for designing a system as an automation object. The output parameters of the dynamic model of the workflow are movement, speed, drum acceleration, contact force. A simulation model of the investigated process developed on the basis of a model-based approach and implemented in the MATLAB / Simulink software environment is presented. The initial data of the roller and the compacted material are specified in the m-file. The compacted material is described by a rheological model of an elastic-viscous body. The results of modeling a numerical example of a dynamic system are presented.
