Abstract

We present the mode locking (ML) phenomenon of vortex matter observed in a layered superconductor of 2H‐NbSe2 pure single crystal. On application of ac current on top of dc current, clear ML resonance appears in differential conductance voltage curves, indicating the presence of elastic modes excited collectively over driven vortices. On increasing magnetic field, the ML voltage shows square root dependence on field, consistent with the ML condition for vortex matter.
