Abstract

This paper studies the structures of electric vehicle’s fast-swap battery box by modal analysis. With the software of HyperMesh and MSC.Nastran, the free mode and constrained mode of electric vehicle fast-swap battery box are analyzed. The result is given with modal parameter and vibration mode that depicts each mode. And then, this paper studies the acceleration of battery box with the frequency scanning analysis, and focuses on the distance between of mounting edge on inner box and the pins on outer box on the basis of frequency-scanning results under different frequencies. At Last, this paper analyses the vibration mode which leads to the offset, proposes the method of improving vibration mode of battery box. In the road test process of fast-swap battery box, the structure of battery box shows the best performance of vibration resistance.
