Abstract
This paper provides finite element analysis for modal of PCBA, then, experimental testing is established by using laser vibration measurement system. Based on the contrasts of tentative data and the simulation computed result, the feasibility of themodel simplification is proved. The research can be able to reveal weaknesses in the structure in order to optimize the design. The corresponding modal frequency and modal vibration mode are obtained by simulation analysis and the results provide beneficial references for solving the problem of anti vibration reliability.
