Abstract

The chromatographic behaviour of a number of cephalosporin antibiotics on a Dionex Mobile Phase Ion Chromatography (MPIC) column has been investigated. Packings of narrow pore styrene - divinyl benzene polymer were used with acetonitrile - water eluents containing either tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide (TBAOH) or ammonium hydroxide (AOH) as ion pairing reagent.
