Abstract

Characteristics of Indonesian territory consists of highland and lowland, high rainfall, and was located on a series of ring of fire which is very prone to landslides. Indonesia was ranked first on natural disasters landslides in terms the number of victims died. The purpose of this project is to be able to create an information system that can provide a mitigation and emergency response systems by building a mobile-based information system. It includes information on vulnerabilities, mitigation and people evacuation, summarized in the landslide risks analysis that integrated with Geographic Information System to provide mapping areas that have levels of risk in accordance. This application uses fuzzy logic to determine areas prone to landslides as a mitigation effort. The variables are rainfall, land use, land slope, soil type and elevation. They will be used as the determining factor whether an area included in the landslide area is very low, low, medium or high. This project also determine the nearest evacuation site as a emergency response system. Combining the mitigation and emergency response systems in the mobile device is the primary objective of this study.
