Abstract

Personalized tourism is a concept of digitizing tourism services that adapt to the needs and desires of tourists. This research will focus on personalizing culinary tourism in Madura based on tourist preferences. Preferences that can be selected and adjusted by tourists include the price as tourists budget, restaurant operating time, menu variations, length of serving and distance from the city center. The best culinary tourist attractions selection is determined based on the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). All application functionalities functioned as intended as a consequence of the examination of the application utilizing the black block testing technique (valid). In addition, the Likert scale was used to evaluate the application’s viability, and the findings were 83.5%. Therefore, this demonstrates that the software may help travelers get customized culinary tourism based on their interests.
