Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine whether pink harassment, a concept that has become widespread in our country and is tried to be overcome, is applied in educational organizations in the context of queen bee syndrome, and if so, to what extent it is, and to reveal the thoughts of female employees (mobbing) about pink harassment. In the first part of the study, the problem situation was revealed through the variables that determine the purpose of the project, and in the second part, the literature studies were mentioned under the headings. In the conclusion section, examples of research studies conducted on our relevant variables are included. When these examples were evaluated, it was concluded that pink harassment on the axis of mobbing and queen bee syndrome had a negative psychological and psychological impact on female employees.
