on FNA as IPMN with low-grade atypia and NET. The remaining case hadn’t significant enhancement also at FU MRCP. One PCL showed iso-enhancement and was a true cyst also at FU EUS/CT. Overall diagnostic accuracy of CE-EUS for diagnosis of PCLs was 87.5% (21/24). Diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value of CE-EUS for diagnosis of SCA were 80%, 75%, 100%, 100% and 50%, respectively (P 0.002). In presence of hyper-enhancement of septa figures were 95.8%, 94.7%, 100%, 100% and 83.3%, respectively (P 0.000). Conclusions: CE-EUS is useful in displaying anatomic features of PCLs.
