Abstract

Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) is an accurate imaging modality for delineating pancreatobiliary structures, however, its clinical use in acute pancreatitis (AP) is limited. Thus we sought to characterize typical EUS features of AP and to determine whether EUS findings in early course of AP may have prognostic significance.
