Abstract

Endoscopic EUS-guided transmural drainage and/or necrosectomy has become the standard of care for pancreatic psudocysts (PP) and WOPN. Covered self-expanding metal stents (c-SEMS) provide larger lumen diameter than plastic stents, but their tubular shape leads to an increased risk of migration -spontaneous or during instrumentation through-. LAMS ( AXIOS™, Xlumena, Inc) provide a saddle-shape design allowing steady cystenterostomies. We aimed to assess efficacy, safety and mid-term relapse rate of LAMS for PP & WOPN therapy
