Needle-knife precut papillotomy is standard of care but is associated with high rate of complications. Formation of false tract during probing of papilla is usually considered undesirable act. Use of this step to access the bile duct has been described in few studies. Aim: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the intramucosal incision technique in access of bile duct.
