Abstract
Hybrid endoscopic submucosal dissection (H-ESD) is an endoscopic mucosal resection using snaring after circumferential incision and partial submucosal dissection. The endoscopic knife specially designed for H-ESD, which combined needle type tip and snare in 1 device, is available in Japan. This 2 in 1 device has advantages which are saving cost and time for using additional devices. The aim of this study is to investigate treatment outcomes of H-ESD using this 2 in 1 device for early gastric cancer.
