Abstract

Other iatrogenic immunodeficiency-associated lymphoproliferative disorder (OIIA-LPD) is known to develop during the use of immunosuppressive drugs (ISDs). Since lesions may regress spontaneously after discontinuation of ISDs, four-week follow-up is recommended after cessation of ISDs. However, it was not clear whether chemotherapy should be given promptly to patients who did not resolve spontaneously within 4 weeks.
