Abstract

Abstract 95, 97Mo NMR experiments have been performed on a series of Sr2FeMoO6 ceramic powders containing from 3% up to 28% of Mo–Fe antisites. Hyperfine fields and the on site magnetic moment on molybdenum were found to be insensitive to the cationic disorder. Magnetic stiffness and the NMR restoring field increased by an order of magnitude between 3% and 28% of antisite concentration.
