Méningite à Campylobacter fetus révélée par un état de mal épileptique de novo

Abstract

Campylobacter fetus meningitis is a rare infection. We report the case of a patient with a bladder tumor who simultaneously developed Campylobacter jejuni gastroenteritis and Campylobacter fetus meningitis revealed by a new onset status epilepticus, hence the importance of an exhaustive exploration of the neurological manifestations occurring in immunocompromised patients.
