Abstract
We have measured the $\text{Mn}\text{ }2p$ core-level hard x-ray photoelectron spectra for ${\text{La}}_{0.85}{\text{Ba}}_{0.15}{\text{MnO}}_{3}$ thin films to investigate the temperature dependence on electronic and magnetic states. We can explain the relation between the $\text{Mn}\text{ }2p$ core-level spectra and magnetization for ${\text{La}}_{0.85}{\text{Ba}}_{0.15}{\text{MnO}}_{3}$ using the $t\text{\ensuremath{-}}J$ model and the Bloch ${T}^{3/2}$ law under the assumption that the Hund coupling between the $\text{Mn}\text{ }{e}_{g}$ and ${t}_{2g}$ states is strong enough. This result means that the magnon excitation plays an important role in physical properties of manganites.
