Abstract
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common malignancy of the kidney and has multiple subtypes. The sarcomatoid variety is considered a form of dedifferentiated carcinoma, and when present, it is associated with significant decrease in patient survival due to its rapid growth and intrusive behavior. Here, we present a case of mixed chromophobe and clear cell type of renal cell carcinoma with heterologous sarcomatoid differentiation with radiological pathological correlation.
