Abstract
Abstract The text on a Fifth Dynasty sealing found in the pyramid complex of Raneferef is a rare piece of historical evidence confirming the commonly accepted presumption that Ỉnb in Ptah’s epithet was merely an abbreviated form of ’Inb(w) ḥḏ and, at the same time, suggesting that the enclosure wall of ’Inb(w) ḥḏ was very probably decorated with the “Prunkscheintür”-pattern.
