Abstract
先天性胆总管囊肿在成人中发病比较少见,有近60%的病人在10岁前被诊断出来,只有不到20%在20岁以后才来就诊[1].在西方国家发病率为1/50 000～1/200 000,但在亚洲其发病率就明显升高,女性发病比例较高,约为男性的4倍[2]。
