Abstract
The article presents the minutes of the Academy of Management's Annual Meeting, held on December 28, 1963. President Harold Koontz discussed the growth of the Academy's regional divisions and proposed an Eastern division to be formed. Harold Smiddy discussed the McKinsey Award Program. Dean Clark Myers reported on the Academy's relationship with the Council for Professional Education for Business.
