Abstract
The state of Minnesota’s current biennial education budget including changes from the newly adopted FY24–25 Legislative Budget. The P–12 education budget saw a 17% increase due to a state surplus of $17.5 billion. Descriptions of current trends in Minnesota's funding priorities, modifications to state funding formula, pressing issues in education finance, and human resources changes are discussed.
