Abstract

Information security has attracted more attention, especially civil aviation security. This paper proposes a novel parameter estimation and target localization algorithm, against algebraically-tailed impulsive noise of otherwise unknown statistics in Bistatic MIMO radar. By employing the minimum geometric power criterion (MGP) based objective function in parallel factor (PARAFAC), we deduce the MGP-PARAFAC algorithm which can be utilized for the parallel factor under impulsive noise environments. The MGP-PARAFAC algorithm is applied to parameter estimation in Bistatic MIMO radar under impulsive noise environment. The estimated parameters are automatically paired without the additional pairing method. Simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
