Abstract

A unitarized eikonal model including semi-hard QCD effects is developed to explain the dominant features in elastic scattering and particle production, with special emphasis on the violations of KNO scaling and on the growth of forward-backward correlations. A quantitative agreement with existent data is achieved. Predictions are given for particle production and correlations at Tevatron and SSC energies.
