Abstract
Supercapacitors have drawn a lot of interest as a result of recent significant improvements in electronic devices to address the growing energy dilemma. In stoichiometric combinations of materials, the hybrid strategy of mixing an EDLC with a pseudocapacitive material can produce noticeable specific capacitance, energy, and power density with strong cycle stability. Research into developing more advanced hybrid materials finds a bright future based on the broad variety of applications in numerous power-related technologies. This brief overview summarizes recent advancements in research and technology pertaining to conducting polymer–MoS2–carbon ternary hybrid composite supercapacitors, their architectural design, and their performances.
