Abstract

For the first time for the region, the composition of the composite dikes is studied on the example of the Takalkan ore–magmatic cluster in the Polousny Range. Mineralogical, petrochemical, and geochemical study shows that the dikes were formed by the mechanical and chemical interaction of subsimultaneous mantle trachybasaltic and crustal granitic melts during their emplacement, with the formation of a transitional monzonite (trachyandesite) zone.
