Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a complex clinical syndrome with limited therapeutic options. Mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRAs) have demonstrated improved clinical outcomes in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), but their use in HFpEF remains controversial.
