Abstract
In this work, is proposed on sentiment analysis of the academiccommunity of Federal Institutes during EmergencyRemote Teaching from 2020 to 2021, using opinion miningtechniques from posts on the social network Twitter. Tweetswere collected at five different times. The tweets were classifiedas positive, negative and neutral and the results obtainedshowed a prevalence of the neutrality of the feelingsof the academic community, and a certain stabilization ofthe positive feelings from February 2021.
