Abstract

The results of studying the influence of parameters of electromagnetic effects (inductions of the constant and alternating magnetic fields and gradient of induction of the alternating field) on the degree of milling the barium ferrite powder and dispersed material based on the Nd-Fe-B alloy in the beater mill in the magnetovibrating layer are presented. The modes of electromagnetic action were selected from the condition of the maximum destruction of aggregates in the magnetovibrating layer. The functional dependence of the size distribution of the powder particles on the milling time, making it possible to predict the granulometric composition of the powder, is constructed.
