Abstract
The results ofmonitoring of the vertical distribution of ozone (VDO) over Moscow using millimeter waves are presented. The features of the altitude-time distribution of ozone, which reflects the ozonosphere evolution over mid-latitudes, are considered. Changes in the VDO, characterizing the ozonosphere response to stratospheric warming in January 2009, are shown. A conclusion is made on the necessity of developing a domestic ground-based network for mm-wave monitoring of the spatial distribution of ozone.
